Hi dear, thank you for your feedback. As your first sample was purchased at a height of 360cm, our engineers made it for you at a height of 380cm. When you still purchased 360cm for the second time, our engineers provided you with a height of 360cm, which is the same as your order height. Therefore, you may feel that the size is different from the first order because the size of the product in the first order is already slightly larger than the size of the tree you purchased. I have explained this to you, dear, and we have also agreed that in future orders, if you purchase a height of 360cm, we will produce it for you according to the size of 380cm without additional charges. Because the size of 380cm is more expensive than the size of 360cm.
